What are the purchasing deadlines?
Order by March 9, 2025 for delivery on March 15, 2025.
Order by April 6, 2025 for delivery on April 12, 2025.
How do I get my mulch order?
Pick up is available at the Chancellor Community Center located at 7300 Old Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
Delivery is available for FREE if within 10 miles of the Chancellor Community Center and ordering five or more bags.
If outside of the 10 mile radius of the Chancellor Community Center, the delivery fee is $0.50 per mile after the first 10 miles.
Mulch spreading is available for $2.50 per bag.
How do I pay?
Checks may be paid to BSA Troop 847 and mailed to C/O David Mears, 10732 Allie Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. Mail in your order form if paying by check. Credit card payments (fees apply) may be phoned in to 804-396-0387.
Online orders may be completed and paid here. E-check orders will have an additional 1.59% (minimum $1.00) processing fee. Credit card (and digital wallets) orders will have an additional 3.59% + $0.59 processing fee.
